Whenever making a support request, please provide the following information, where applicable:

  1. Your Maximo Login Id
  2. The environment / URL you were working in
  3. The application you were working in
  4. The record identifier you were working with
  5. Brief explanation of what you were doing
  6. Steps to reproduce the issue or error
  7. Any screenshots of the issue or error

By providing these details, the MavenCare Team will be able to improve and expedite the support that we provide!
