Requesting support from MavenCare is easy!  Just take the following few steps:

  1. Go to the MavenCare Service Desk portal homepage here:  https://mavencare.mavenasset.com/

  2. Log into the MavenCare portal.  For instructions, see this link: Log in to MavenCare

  3. Click on the New Support Ticket link, as shown below:



  4. Enter a Subject and Description.  When finished, click the Submit button, as shown below:


Your request has now been sent over to be processed by the MavenCare Service Desk Team!
